We won’t get slated for using tiles on this job!

Roofing is a major part of what we do, and this week we started a large roofing job on a beautiful period property in a local village.

As roofing contractors we get a variety of projects come through our office, but this particular job was one that we had been looking forward to for quite some time. The property sits in a village that dates back 1000 years and is the main focal point as people drive through.  We were initially a little concerned with the original spec of the tiles as they seemed out of place with the materials used on other buildings and didn’t seem to compliment the property. However, having Dean Shanon on the team is a real advantage, and when it comes to choosing the right tiles, he was able to present a number of options that were better suited to the traditional setting and surrounding property.

It is early days yet, but we will be following the progress of the project as Dean makes head way and keep this post up to date with the latest pictures.
